Account Management

At NEUPC, we firmly believe in the personal touch and as a client you will have access to an account manager who will be your daily point of contact. NEUPC are committed to providing clients with ongoing, high quality support and our account managers will work closely with you and your team to ensure you get the most out of your NEUPC membership.


In March 2017, we were given "Highly Commended" at the Government Opportunities awards in both of the categories we entered. For the 'Best Customer Engagement' award we were recognised for how we work with our members to identify opportunities, create future-proofed solutions and minimise risks. We do this through our account management approach and our Procurement Shared Service.


The account managers in our team work closely with suppliers on your behalf to make sure you get the best value on a range of products and services.


We support a Face to face programme of visits held throughout  the year covering both strategic and operational topics depending on the requirements of our members.


Each Account Manager works to a consistent format and follows our recently refreshed customer relationship programme to ensure you receive the most up to date information relevant to your organisations. This includes spend activity through our agreements and also up and coming opportunities and events that  our members and their teams may be interested in.
