Application for Affiliate Membership of "North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC)”

We hereby apply to be an Affiliate Member of  NEUPC Ltd for the purpose of accessing up to 3 NEUPC Framework Agreements.

There is no fee for Affiliate Membership at NEUPC.

We agree to accept the terms of this Affiliate Membership, which grants us access to 3 Framework Agreements within a 12 month period. Our range of Agreements and membership options are outlined on our website.

Any requirement to upgrade to Associate membership level will be discussed in advance with NEUPC Ltd. In accordance with NEUPCs Memorandum and Articles of Association, we understand that Full Membership may only be achieved through the proper admission process as set out in this letter. 

We understand that NEUPC membership lists shall be visible via our website and will be confirmed from time to time to our UKUPC partners and relevant suppliers . Any corresponding marketing material will only be linked to our general membership communication channels. 

We note that at the end of your 12 month membership period you will be asked to confirm if you wish to continue with your membership in writing. 

We understand that Early Termination of this Affiliate Membership shall require prior written notice to NEUPC, such notice ending at the end of the quarter following the quarter in which the notice is served.

Affiliate Member Declaration

We understand that our Affiliate Membership is conditional upon the collection of associated marketing premiums by NEUPC from the supplier(s) under the terms of each  Framework Agreement chosen and confirmed by ourselves as affiliate member.  

We will notify NEUPC via [email protected] linked to our future call off activity, either via a copy of our call off agreement or confirming by email the call off value excluding vat, date, contracted supplier and items/service provide. 

If we intend to use a 2nd or 3rd Framework agreement during our Affiliate membership we agree to notify NEUPC so that they can notify their framework suppliers of this activity.

We agree to updating our company information regularly in partnership with NEUPC, updates can be shared via [email protected]
