NE5 (North East Universities) Estates and Construction

The NE5 Estates Category Group manages Estates and Construction based procurement activities for five Universities based in the North-East of England who also work collaboratively with NEUPC's wider Estates Group Members outside of the region.

The NE5 institutions are: Durham University - Newcastle University - Northumbria University - University of Sunderland and Teesside University.

NE5 and their subsidiaries can access all the framework solutions below. 

Those in bold are currently only open to NE5. Where specified, some frameworks are also available to NCG (Newcastle College Group) and other specific members.

The remainder are available to all NEUPC members (including NE5) across regional Lots.
