NE5 (North East Universities) Estates and Construction

The NE5 Estates Category Group manages collaborative Estates and Construction based procurement activity for five Universities based in the North-East of England. 

The NE5 institutions are: Durham University - Newcastle University - Northumbria University - University of Sunderland and Teesside University.

NE5 and their subsidiaries can access all the framework solutions below. 

Those in bold are currently only open to NE5.  The remainder are available to all NEUPC members (including NE5) across regional Lots.

Where specified some frameworks are also available to NCG (Newcastle College group) and other named subsidiaries.
