NEUPC Launches National Framework for Lifts Consultancy, Maintenance, Refurbishment & Installation Services 

The North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC) is pleased to announce the launch of the new Lifts Consultancy, Maintenance, Refurbishment and Installation Framework Agreement (REF: EFM2051 NE), offering members a fully compliant, efficient, and flexible route to market for all vertical transportation needs. 

Framework highlights: 

• Compliant & efficient – PCR2015 compliant with streamlined procurement routes. 
• Flexible access – Direct Award, Desktop Exercise, or Further Competition options. 
• National coverage – with strong regional and SME participation. 
• Sustainability built-in – suppliers use the Net Positive action tool. 
• Professional support – managed by experienced sector procurement professionals. 

Framework structure: 

• Lot 1 – Lift Service & Maintenance (regional sub-lots across the UK, LOLER-compliant maintenance, emergency response, defect rectification). 
• Lot 2 – Installation & Modernisation (national coverage for new lifts, platforms, stairlifts, and refurbishment projects). 
• Lot 3 – Lift Consultancy (surveys, design, compliance audits, project management, energy efficiency reviews).
