New Conservation Works and Maintenance Services Framework Now Available

NEUPC has launched a new framework agreement to support members with their conservation and heritage estate needs. The Major Conservation Works and Cyclical Maintenance / Large-Scale Repairs Framework (EFM2061NE) is now live, running from 22nd September 2025 until 21st September 2027, with the option to extend for a further 24 months  

The framework is split into two Lots: 

  • Lot 1: Major Conservation Works – for complex, high value projects 
  • Lot 2: Cyclical Maintenance and Large-Scale Repairs – for maintenance and smaller projects  

Through this agreement, members can access specialist suppliers providing a wide range of core and supplementary services including: 

✅Masonry repairs & traditional roofing 
✅ Carpentry, joinery, plastering and leadwork 
✅ New Construction with a heritage context 
✅ Large-scale repairs & maintenance 

✅ Glazing and metalwork repairs, internal/external decoration and floor coverings, landscaping and more

  • Compliant under PCR15 regulations 
  • Fixed and capped fees for at least the first two years 
  • Social Value monitoring at local and regional levels
