We hereby apply to be an Associate Member of the NEUPC for the purpose of accessing the Framework Agreements available to NEUPC members.
Our annual Associate Membership at a cost of £1000 excluding Vat will commence as soon as payment is received and will be the commencement date.
We agree to accept the terms of this Associate Membership, which grants us access to agreements the Consortium make available to NEUPC Members. This means that our representative will be invited to comment on the Framework Agreement and raise any issues, but does not bestow voting rights on us, say or control over NEUPC. In accordance with NEUPCs Memorandum and Articles of Association, we understand that Full Membership may only be achieved through the proper admission process.
We understand that our Associate Membership is conditional upon the collection of associated marketing premiums by NEUPC from the supplier(s) under the terms of the Framework Agreements.
We will notify NEUPC via [email protected] linked to our future NEUPC/UKUPC Framework call off activity , ether via a copy of our call off agreement/PO or confirming by email the relevant call off value excluding vat , date, contracted supplier and items/service provided.
We understand that NEUPC membership lists shall be visible via our website via xxxx and will be confirmed from time to time to our UKUPC partners and relevant suppliers . Any corresponding marketing material will only be linked to our general membership communication channels.
We note that at the end of your 12 month membership period we will be asked to confirm if we wish to continue with our membership in writing.
